Founder of NextStage
NextStage was founded by Damion Flunder. Inspired by YouTube, he was motivated by the men and women in his community whose skills and talents too often went unnoticed.
He thought about families who might not be able to send their talented children to college and about highly skilled people struggling to find suitable work. He wanted to create a place where the world could discover what they have to offer.
Damion also wanted NextStage to be a place for people going through tough times. When it feels hard to laugh or smile, he hopes they can come as they are, even with tears, and find something that lifts their spirits.
His vision is a community where people can communicate, connect with others who understand, and share ideas, regardless of where they live or where they come from.

That vision guides NextStage: a welcoming home for people to learn, enjoy videos, share their work, and connect with others. The platform is built around the community and the opportunities its members hope to find.
